Construction Work on the Slávičie Residences Project Is Reaching the Finish Line

As the exclusive seller of the apartments and non-residential premises in the new Slávičie Residences project, Svoboda & Williams is reporting on the latest construction news. Located in Bratislava’s Slávičie Valley, the facades of the buildings are now finished and work has begun on the common outdoor areas.
The private residential complex with its own driveway is made up of 4 residences that are almost complete. The facades are finished and only the surfaces of the terraces need to be laid. Ornamental trees are being planted and the sidewalks and outdoor parking spaces in the common areas are being created. Also being finalized is the private road leading to the residences and the landscaping of the grounds that will include gazebos and benches.
Final approval is planned for the end of April. The apartments will be sold in a state of white walls, which allows their interiors to be customized by their new owners.
