Karlín's Fragment—Last Available Apartments for Rent

"The units still listed are mostly the larger two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments," says Eva Jílková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who is in charge of the project's rental transactions. "In terms of the most sought-after layout, i.e. one-bedroom, only one apartment is left," she adds. What Fragment's tenants appreciate most is simply having to unpack their suitcases since their new homes are equipped from top to bottom with designer furniture. 

Trigema's ambitious residential project is scheduled to be completed in early summer. At the moment, greenery is starting to cover the roof, and the common areas are being finalized. They newly feature large-format pieces by the graphic artist and painter Petr Kryštůfek.
