Boutique Apartment Building Added to the Successful Na Pramenech Residential Complex

The apartment building located on the northwestern edge of the newly completed Na Pramenech residential complex is again designed by the ADR studio. Its simple esthetic style combines proportion with functionality. Thanks to the range of layouts, the building offers smaller apartments suitable for starter housing or as an investment opportunity, as well as comfortable units for families with children. 

"At the same time, the building has a welcoming, boutique atmosphere that shares the same character as the family houses," says Vanda Böhmová, property consultant at Svoboda & Williams. Each of the apartments has a loggia or front garden, cellar storage unit, and covered parking space on an adjacent plot. Families with children will appreciate the kindergarten and playground that are part of the complex. 

The recently completed Na Pramenech residential neighborhood was built in a peaceful location on the border of Čakovice, Letňany, and Ďáblice. Two large shopping centers are close to the complex, and the surrounding smaller shops can comfortably be reached on foot. A significant advantage is its excellent access to the city center by public transport and connection to the Prague Ring Road. The nearby area offers countless sports opportunities and several nature parks.
