The MPEA, a.s. investment company is moving to a new address. Svoboda & Williams’ Slovak team negotiated the lease of elegant offices in an Art Nouveau building in the historic center of Bratislava that is part of VIG FUND’s portfolio.
Roland Offices are located in a palace that was formerly the seat of the Hungarian Discount and Exchange Bank, which stands in the heart of Bratislava. Several years ago, the building was completely and sensitively reconstructed, resulting in an elegant historical property with 21st century equipment and facilities. “We managed to preserve the light fixtures, metalwork artistic elements, original interior doors, ceiling relief, and wooden paneling. The fountain in the lobby and original staircase add an unmistakable charm to the interior,” says Juraj Jaroš, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, describing the qualities of one of the most interesting non-residential projects in the center of Bratislava.
“Receiving visitors in boutique offices, surrounded by the city’s lively social scene, is ideal for managing and growing your business,” adds Jaroš. MPEA, a.s., the newest tenant that specializes in finding investment projects and start-ups primarily in the field of cutting-edge technologies and science, can enjoy its unique atmosphere. “In Roland offices, a prestigious address is complemented by excellent services, which is exactly what the client required,” explains Jaroš.
