Svoboda & Williams’ team, moving to new elegant offices this week, welcomed two new property consultants. As well as fresh energy, their combined years of experience in the property market will be a huge benefit to the company and their colleagues.
Viktor Koshchak studied political science at Comenius University in Bratislava, but spent most of his professional life in real estate, from commercial property management, through intermediary services in industrial property sales, to the development of smaller residential projects in Slovakia and Ukraine. Viktor speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English in addition to Slovak.
Lenka Bieliková holds a degree in mass media communication from the University of Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. She previously worked in marketing and PR, with experience in car sales and real estate development. Lenka speaks English proficiently.
