This unique structure has attracted attention from numerous architecture and design media outlets and was even featured in the American documentary series Amazing Homes. The meticulously designed interior is fitted with premium appliances and high-quality audiovisual equipment. The exterior stands out with a dark aluminum façade, sunshades, stainless steel railings, and a chimney, while the interior boasts designer switches and outlets. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, fridge, and sink; both the living room and bedroom have remote-controlled blinds. For year-round comfort, the houseboat is equipped with underfloor heating, air-conditioning, and a wood-burning stove. It is connected to mains water, electricity, and sewage, and also features drainage pumps and a sewage transfer tank. Parking is available directly within the Marina Vltava complex.

The houseboat is located in a harbor with easy access via a paved road. All essential amenities—such as a grocery store, restaurant, post office, and municipal office—are within walking distance. The village of Nelahozeves is known for its late Renaissance château and as the birthplace of world-renowned composer Antonín Dvořák. Located about 30 km from Prague, the village offers convenient access by car and train. The surrounding landscape invites both walking and cycling excursions.
