This exceptional set of plots, perfectly suited for an original glamping concept, is located in the heart of the magnificent Bohemian Forest (Český les)—a protected landscape area that has preserved its unspoiled beauty and tranquility, away from the main tourist routes.
The southeast-facing, largely forested plot with a total area of 24,513 m2 is designated in the zoning plan as a recreational area (RH) with a maximum buildability of 15%. An electricity line runs through the land, and there is potential for constructing a private water well and wastewater treatment plant. A paved road crossing the plot also serves as a bike path and a marked red hiking trail as part of the Stezka Českem long-distance trail.

An initial architectural study is available for the development of the Walden Ultimate Forest experiential resort with a usable floor area of approx. 1,400 m². The resort design includes, among other features, a wellness center, restaurant, sunny terrace, and 10 recreational cabins, offering a combination of unique design and complete privacy for 60–80 nature enthusiasts.
The sparsely populated area of the former Vašíček PS (Border Guard) outpost, which in the past patrolled the border with Germany offers not only untouched nature for exploration but also a range of attractive tourist destinations: the settlement of Ostrůvek with its hunting lodge and gamekeeper’s house, the lookout tower on Havran Hill, nature trails such as Lesná, Water World, and the Glassmaking History of the Bohemian Forest, as well as the Podkovák peat bog trail and the Farské bažiny nature reserve. Basic amenities are available in the village of Lesná, while the town of Tachov, about 35 km away, provides full services. All existing buildings located on the property are intended for demolition.
The sale will be carried out through a purpose-built company that owns the land.
