Nová Cihelna

Nová Cihelna is a completely new residential project that is being built on the site of a former brickyard that was founded in the 17th century. Project
The architectural design of the building by the Archispace studio reflects the local brick-burning tradition, while at the same time emphasizing the use of energy-efficient materials and a high amount of greenery that improves the climate in the apartments, on the balconies, loggias, terraces, and front gardens. Cafes and shops will be available to residents directly within the project. Other services, the town's historic core, and the recreational area on the banks of Svět Pond are within easy walking distance. The apartments in Nová Cihelna offer their owners the option to use them as primary homes or as an interesting investment opportunity with ongoing income from short-term or long-term rent.

Units
The project consists of a total of 56 residential units and 15 studios with layouts ranging from studio to 3-bedroom and floor areas of 28–120 sq. m. The layout, size, and composition of the units give buyers a wide range of choices depending on their specific needs and options. The apartments are designed to meet the high standards of permanent and recreational housing. For each unit, it is necessary to purchase a parking space and a cellar. Most apartments will have a balcony, loggia, or private garden.
