This modern building with a brick façade and large windows is successfully integrated into the 1930s apartment houses that surround it. Its impressive minimalist design, emphasis on precise workmanship, and high-quality materials are on view on all five floors with just 5 spacious apartments, each with a loggia facing the quiet courtyard. The underground floor offers parking spaces equipped for charging electric cars. A contactless entry system facilitates the movement of residents, who also have access to a shared bicycle storage room. Central heating is provided by a condensing boiler.

Apartments

The first three floors feature four residential units ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts with floor areas from approx. 61 m² to approx. 153 m². The top floors feature a six-room duplex with a floor area of 205 m², a terrace, and breathtaking views of Hradčany. Parking spaces are included in the price of apartments with a two-bedroom layout and larger. The high-standard facilities include wood-aluminum windows with insulated triple glazing and electric external blinds, three-layer oak floors from the Czech manufacturer Esco, elegant bathrooms with large-format tiles in an ivory shade, air-conditioning, and underfloor heating supplemented by a heated towel rail.
