There are 15 diverse units in the building: 2 semi-residential units, 12 apartments. Apartment layouts include studio (1+kk), studio with a separate kitchen (1+1), one-bedroom apartment (2+kk), two-bedroom apartment (3+kk), and two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen (3+1), ranging from 29 to 97 m².
