The architecturally clean and thoughtfully designed concept of Viladomy Eden is set in a unique location near the Radotín Rocks. Two separate residential buildings, designed by the architectural studio ZONA architekti in the spirit of modern minimalism, comprise a total of 14 apartment units with layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments (2+kk to 5+kk), along with shared areas and an elevator. The architecture of both buildings follows the character of surrounding villa developments, respects the natural landscape, and integrates with it harmoniously.
Apartments
Each villa house consists of 7 apartments with floor areas ranging from 57 m2 to 154 m2. All units come with either a private front garden or a loggia, while the top floors of both buildings are reserved for penthouses with terraces. Each apartment also includes a practical cellar for seasonal equipment, and it is possible to purchase a parking space in the underground garage. The apartment facilities include three-layer wooden floors, modern flush interior doors, security entrance doors by NEXT, large-format glazing ensuring bright interiors, and bathroom fixtures from the premium brands Laufen, Kaldewei, Tres, and Steinberg.
Location
The Viladomy Eden project, located at the intersection of Safírová and K Cementárně streets, benefits from excellent access to the center of Prague while being close to nature.
