The annual meeting of real estate sector leaders took place in Warsaw at the end of June. The traditional gala evening culminated in the announcement of the winners of this year's CEEQA Awards. The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency won 1st place in the category Agent of the Year – Local Agency.
The CEEQA awards (full name Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) is a prestigious and internationally acclaimed competition. Each year, important buildings, companies, and professionals from 18 Central and Eastern European countries are recognized for their achievements in commercial real estate, investments, and developments in European markets. The award winners are selected by a jury consisting of the most senior real estate experts, bankers, investors, and consultants, with the voting process overseen by Deloitte.
