New Faces at Svoboda & Williams

The marketing team welcomed Project Manager Lenka Kůsová. Lenka has a degree in economics and this year completed an MBA program with a focus on real estate development and property valuation at the University of Economics in Prague. She has been working in marketing and real estate brand management for over 8 years and spent the last 4 years as senior consultant for leading developers and real estate agencies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Lenka speaks English proficiently.

The residential rental team’s newest member is Maksim Hastrdlo. He is a graduate of the Banking Academy and worked in the finance sector, including a stint at Raiffeisenbank, where he was part of the successful acquisition of Equa Bank. Maksim speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and likes to play football in his spare time. Agáta Drozdová, who started out at Svoboda & Williams as a receptionist while still a student, was newly hired by the commercial leasing department. She graduated from the Ballet Conservatory and the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Prague. Agáta speaks English and Spanish. 

Jan Bednář recently joined the investment department. He studied at the University of Economics in Prague, and is also a graduate of the MBA program with a focus on property valuation. He lived in the USA for several years, studying international business at Sierra College. He has been working in real estate for the last 5 years and has consulted on the development of residential projects. Honza speaks English fluently. 

The newest members of the reception team are Sára Kubrichtová, who is studying psychology at University of New York in Prague and Klára Schnidtová, a student of marketing at Prague’s Newton University. Sára speaks English and Klára, besides English, also speaks German. Jan Šubr, an experienced craftsman with many years of experience, now maintains Svoboda & Williams’ properties.
